The PI Code is a code which is assigned sequentially. The PI Code is set up in EHSA to auto-increment to the next available number. If this isn't working for any reason, use the following steps to find the next PI Code to use when converting a worker to a PI. Also report the issue to OnSite.

Go to "PI and Permit Information" > "PI & Permit Information"

Click on the Header "PI Code" to sort by PI Code. Click on the arrow if needed to sort from high to low.

Find the highest number for the PI Code (ignoring 999 for Interim Storage).

The next PI Code is the next higher number. For instance if the highest existing PI Code is 745, the next available to assign is 746.
