1. Login to EHSA.
  2. Click on "Inspections" in the top menu bar.
  3. Click "Equipment Inspection Results".
  4. Click "+Add" and on the screen that appears
    • Select "Xray" from the "Device Type" drop menu
    • Leave "Category" as "X-Ray"
    • In the "Equipment" drop menu, select the radiation machine to be inspected.  The listing includes the serial number, model, room, and building.
    • Select the date the inspection will be conducted in "Inspection Date"
    • Leave the "Status" field as "Pending"
    • Select the "Lead Inspector"
    • Click "Save and View Checklist"
