If you get the error that the report console is busy, and have waited a few minutes, here's how to check if the report console needs to be reset. These instructions are only for if Christina and Greg are unavailable.

  1. Run "Remote Desktop Connection"
  2. Computer name is fac-ehs.fac.gatech.edu
  3. It should already show your username
  4. Click "Other User" and use your Facilities username (enter fac\username) and password.
  5. Click "Connect"
  6. Enter your Facilities password
  7. Close the "Server Manager" window that pops up
  8. Right click on the task bar at the bottom, and select "Start Task Manager"
  9. Sort descending by "CPU"
  10. If you see EHSA_Report_Console.exe (or something similar) taking up most of the CPU usage, click on the line and then click "End Process"
  11. Confirm that you can run a report in EHSA (if any report runs, the problem is fixed, or this wasn't the issue)
  12. Move your mouse to the center top of the screen, and click the X to close the Remote Desktop session
  13. Click "OK" to confirm
