If you get the error that the report console is busy, and have waited a few minutes, here's how to check if the report console needs to be reset. These instructions are only for if Christina and Greg are unavailable.
- Run "Remote Desktop Connection"
- Computer name is fac-ehs.fac.gatech.edu
- It should already show your username
- Click "Other User" and use your Facilities username (enter fac\username) and password.
- Click "Connect"
- Enter your Facilities password
- Close the "Server Manager" window that pops up
- Right click on the task bar at the bottom, and select "Start Task Manager"
- Sort descending by "CPU"
- If you see EHSA_Report_Console.exe (or something similar) taking up most of the CPU usage, click on the line and then click "End Process"
- Confirm that you can run a report in EHSA (if any report runs, the problem is fixed, or this wasn't the issue)
- Move your mouse to the center top of the screen, and click the X to close the Remote Desktop session
- Click "OK" to confirm
