- Click the Training icon at the top of the page .
- Click “Training History and Requirements By Department”
- You may need to select your Department if it says “Please Select Your Department” in the left panel.
- The left panel shows all workers in the database in your department.
- Clicking on a worker will make their training history appear in the bottom right panel, and their training requirements, if any, will appear in the top right panel.
- At the top of the left panel, select the drop-down for Training Reports.
- There are several reports to choose from. Make sure your department appears in the pop-up Report Parameters. Be sure to allow Pop-ups for this site.
