Individuals can complete Right to Know (RTK) training via:
- RosterTech (online via Moodle)
- Completions transferred to EHSA at ~7am for the previous 24 hours
 
 - RosterTech (sign up for in person session)
- Completions transferred to EHSA at ~7am for the previous 24 hours
 
 - SUMS
- Immediately transferred to EHSA
 
 - USG website
- Imported to EHSA if easily matched
 - Manually entered into EHSA otherwise

 - Click on "Right to Know Training Data"
 - For "Training Program", select "RTK Global Harmonized System"
 - For "USG Institution", select "Georgia Institute of Technology"
 - Choose either the Fiscal Year or Calendar Year you want
 - Click "Search"
 - Click "download spreadsheet"
 - Copy the downloaded spreadsheet to ehs_share > Radiation_Safety > ORS Files > Database - OnSite EHSA > SUMS RTK folder and put the dates into the filename. For example, "RTK 2017-02-23 to 2017-08-20.xls"

If there are only a few records, you can enter the training manually.
If there are many records, then you can put the list of training into a specifically formatted spreadsheet and import it into EHSA using the following steps:
There are 2 options to find GT IDs
- Look up the trainees one at a time in Rostertech (or EHSA). (recommended for less than ~20 trainees)
Rostertech is most likely to have a record of the trainee. Use the User Management function. - Use a lookup function to find the person in a list of workers from EHSA (recommended for more than 20)

- In EHSA, go to Workers
 - Under Reports, click "Lab Worker Master Listing (Alphabetical)"
 - Select Excel Format Type
 - Open the report when ready
 - Select all cells and Unmerge
 - Delete top 2 rows
 - Sort by Column A (Worker Name)
 - Delete unnecessary rows at the bottom.
 - Delete rows that Contain Page x of y in column A
 - Select column A (Worker Names)
 - Under Data, click Text to Columns
- Select Delimited, next
 - Select Comma under Delimiters (unselect all others), next
 - Select Text data format, Destiniation $A$1, finish
 - OK to replace Data
 
 - Select column C2 
- Enter Trim(B2)
 - Copy all the way down
 
 - Select Cell R2
- Enter "=C2&" "&A2"
 - Copy formula all the way down
 
 - Save as ehs_share > Radiation_Safety > ORS Files > Database - OnSite EHSA > SUMS RTK > Lab Worker Master Listing Alphabetical (1).xls

 - Format column A to date type
 - Add a column between columns A and B

 - Fill down
 - Add a column between columns C and D
 - In cell D2, enter the formula "=VLOOKUP(C2,'[select cells from R2 to end of column S],2,FALSE)"
 - Fill down. You may be prompted to open the file from step 8 again.

- Column A must contain "RTK-USG" (exact text inside the quotes)
 - Column B must contain the date, in MM/DD/YYYY format
 - Column C must contain their GTID
 
- Do not have a header row, paste items into row 1 for the next steps.
 - Copy all dates from column B of the previous data sheet, and paste values into column B
 - Copy all GTIDs from column D of the data sheet, and paste values into column C
 - Type "RTK-USG" into cell A1, and fill down
 - Sort by column C
 - Delete all rows that do not contain a valid GTID
 - Save the file to ehs_share > Radiation_Safety > ORS Files > Database - OnSite EHSA > SUMS RTK. For example ehs_share > Radiation_Safety > ORS Files > Database - OnSite EHSA > SUMS RTK > RTK 2018-01-01 to 2018-08-10-import.xls

 - Browse to the import file you created (e.g., RTK 2018-01-01 to 2018-08-10-import.xls) and select it

 - Click "Submit" then "OK"
 - Check one of the workers to ensure the training import was successful
