When a worker is no longer associated with any permits, the worker can be archived.

  1. Click "EHSA".
  2. Click "Workers".
  3. Click "Workers".
  4. Find the worker name and double-click the row with the proper name.
  5. Find the "Attach PI" tab near the bottom of the screen and click on it.
  6. Be sure the worker is not attached to any permits under "PI(s) attached to: worker name"
  7. If any permits remain in this list, and you are certain the worker is no longer associated with the indicated "Permit #", click "Detach".
  8. Record the date that you confirmed the worker is no longer associated with any permits in the "Termination Date" field.
  9. Click "Save".
  10. If the worker is also set up as a User, do steps 11-15 before continuing with 16.  Otherwise go straight to 18.
  11. Click "Other" in the admin menu.
  12. Click "Users" under "Administration"
  13. Single click the row containing the worker's name
  14. Click the "Archive" button at the top of the screen.
  15. Click "Yes" on the "Confirm" screen that pops up.
  16. Repeat steps 1-3 
  17. Single click the row containing the worker
  18. Click "Archive Worker" at the top of the screen
  19. Click "Yes" on the "Confirm" screen that pops up.
