Occasionally, EHSA will have 2 records for a worker instead of 1. This could happen because of a typo at some point, or possibly if they start a BOHP form (and are giving a temporary GTID by EHSA) then take a training right afterwards. Regardless, the fix is to merge the worker records.

  1. Search so that you can only see the 2 workers that you'd like to merge (not strictly required, but does make things easier)
  2. Click on the line with the incorrect worker (or the record that you don't want to keep) to highlight it in red
  3. Click the "Merge" button at the top of the screen
  4. The incorrect worker's GTID should be in both spots in the box that appears
  5. Select the correct worker's GTID in the drop-down for "Worker ID To Keep"
  6. Click "Merge"

What you will end up with:

Field Incorrect worker Correct worker
GTID   X
GT Account   X
Full name   X
Department   X
Start date   X
Training   X
Permit History X X

(needs more testing with created records to see what happens when fields are different)
