- Go to Sections
- Click on the name of the section
- Click Active Enrollments
- Check the box for each person that attended and passed.
- Click Complete Selected
- Click Enrollment History
- Note the date shown in the Completed/Dropped column. At this time, this date shows the date that Complete Selected step above was done. This may be different than the date the training was taken.
- Check each person that attended the section. Click Bulk edit. (if just one person is being edited, click the orange pencil box)
- Enter grade of 100
- Enter the date of the training for the Exit Date (use the calendar to assure correct format)
- Click Bulk Save (or Save)
