If an individual has completed a training while logged in under another person's account, or was in a group watching an online training, you will need to manually list their training as complete.

  1. Click on Learners and find the person you need
  2. Click on Enrollment History (do you need to enroll them first?)
  3. Click on the Edit pencil to the left of the course you'd like to complete
  4. Make sure you select "Yes" for "Show in transcript"
  5. You likely don't want them to receive an email, so uncheck the box about notification emails.
  6. Once you've saved, click on the Edit pencil again.
  7. Fix the Exit date to the date you need (instead of today) and save again.

  9. Click on Sessions and find the session you need to list that they've completed
  10. If they are already enrolled in the session, click on the person (or people) you need to complete.
  11. Fill out all of the relevant information, and change their status to complete.
  12. You likely don't want them to receive an email, so uncheck the box about notification emails.
