- Name: keep the same title but add "- yyyy" to the end of the title
- Select yourself from the list of Instructors (if you can't add other instructors, ask Melissa to do it for you)

- Affiliation: "GATECH"
- Term: "Ongoing"
- Cap: 999999
- Start Date: today's date
- End Date: 12/31/<this year>

- Add all others who need to be instructors (check previous course for user IDs)
Then in Genius, transfer users to the new section and finish up.
- Navigate to the old section
- Click on "Active Enrollments"
- Download the list of all currently enrolled individuals by changing the drop-down of how many people you can see to "All" and click on "Export Excel". Save this in ORS Files > EHS > Genius with today's date and the name of the training course.
