Via the web interface

  1. Select the ticket by clicking on the hyperlinked title in the "Problem Summary" column
  2. Click on "Issue Information" on the left hand side
  3. In the "Subtype" field, select the group to assign it to (probably shouldn't be "EHS-Triage")
  4. Click on "Assignees and Notifications" on the left hand side
  5. In the "Workspace Members" box, find the group (all of ours start with "EHS-")
  6. Click the person's name
  7. Click the right arrow to move the person over to the "Assignees" box
  8. Remove any groups (such as "EHS-Triage") or individuals that don't need to be assigned anymore by single clicking their name in the "Assignees" box and clicking the left arrow.
  9. Add and remove assignees as necessary.
    • "CoS-View Only" may get auto-assigned if the person who submitted the ticket is in the College of Sciences. Don't change it.
  10. Click "Save"
