Via the web interface
- Select the ticket by clicking on the hyperlinked title in the "Problem Summary" column
- Click on "Issue Information" on the left hand side
- In the "Subtype" field, select the group to assign it to (probably shouldn't be "EHS-Triage")
- Click on "Assignees and Notifications" on the left hand side
- In the "Workspace Members" box, find the group (all of ours start with "EHS-")
- Click the person's name
- Click the right arrow to move the person over to the "Assignees" box
- Remove any groups (such as "EHS-Triage") or individuals that don't need to be assigned anymore by single clicking their name in the "Assignees" box and clicking the left arrow.
- Add and remove assignees as necessary.
- "CoS-View Only" may get auto-assigned if the person who submitted the ticket is in the College of Sciences. Don't change it.
- Click "Save"
