- Go to servicedesk.gatech.edu
- Click on "Administration", "Workspace", then "Add Agents"
- Enter the relevant information, selecting "Concurrent" for the license
- Click "Save"
- Once the agent has been added, they need to be added to a team
- Click on "Administration", "Workspace", then "Teams"
- Select the team from the drop-down list
- Add (and remove) individuals as needed
- Click "Save"
