1. In myLDR, select Reports > Data Exchange
  2. Under Report Type, select "Date Exchange-Dose Data-Full Serive"
  3. Hit Search
  4. Using the checkboxes, select all reports since the last import. (ask RSO for the last date)
  5. Hit Export
  6. Save the files to K:\Radiation_Safety\ORS Files\Dosimetry folder
  7. Change '.txt' suffix to '.dat' suffix on all report files.
  8. In EHSA, Go to Compliance
  9. Under Dosimetry, click Import Exposures
  10. Click Select Exposure File to Import...
  11. Select the files, and click open (currently must do this one at a time, starting at the earliest and ending with the most recent)
  12. Once all files are selected, click Import
  13. Inform RSO when complete
