Occasionally errors occur when waste information is entered.  There is a very specific order of actions to take to reverse these entries.

  1. DO NOT delete an erroneous waste entry by deleting the entry that shows up in the A0000 or any other waste container.
  2. Click "EHSA".
  3. Click "Waste".
  4. Click "Removal of Isotope from PI's Inventory".
  5. Ensure "Disposed Inventory" is selected in the "Inventory" field.
  6. Double-click on row containing source.
  7. Under the "Usage for Inventory #..." section, click the "Reactivate" button.  This button will only display if the source has been totally disposed, i.e. a Form E has been entered.
    • If you had to click "Reactivate", select the row containing the 0 activity disposal with no Container and No Waste Type.  and click "Delete".  This reverses the Form E entry.  Go to Step 8.
    • Otherwise simply go to the next step.
  8. Select the row containing the disposal you'd like to remove with a single click.
  9. Click "Yes" to confirm deleting the usage entry.
  10. Click "Done".
  11. The waste entry will now be gone from A0000.
  12. If you now view the source under "Quick Isotope Entry" under "RAM Inventory", "Current Inventory" the activity should reflect the previous waste entry value added back in.
