Occasionally errors occur when waste information is entered. There is a very specific order of actions to take to reverse these entries.
- DO NOT delete an erroneous waste entry by deleting the entry that shows up in the A0000 or any other waste container.
- Click "EHSA".
- Click "Waste".
- Click "Removal of Isotope from PI's Inventory".
- Ensure "Disposed Inventory" is selected in the "Inventory" field.
- Double-click on row containing source.
- Under the "Usage for Inventory #..." section, click the "Reactivate" button. This button will only display if the source has been totally disposed, i.e. a Form E has been entered.
- If you had to click "Reactivate", select the row containing the 0 activity disposal with no Container and No Waste Type. and click "Delete". This reverses the Form E entry. Go to Step 8.
- Otherwise simply go to the next step.
- Select the row containing the disposal you'd like to remove with a single click.
- Click "Yes" to confirm deleting the usage entry.
- Click "Done".
- The waste entry will now be gone from A0000.
- If you now view the source under "Quick Isotope Entry" under "RAM Inventory", "Current Inventory" the activity should reflect the previous waste entry value added back in.
