An In-Lab RAM Waste Container is typically going to be a 5-gallon bucket, 1 gallon jug, sharps box, or liquid scintillation vial box with vial flats. These are the containers provided to RAM users for collecting radioactive waste in the lab.
In-Lab RAM Waste Containers are to be assigned a Waste ID # and a yellow waste tag attached prior to delivery to the RAM lab. For instance, if a lab needs 1 solid waste, 1 liquid waste, and 1 liquid scintillation vial waste container, three total In-Lab RAM Waste Containers will be added to EHSA prior to delivery of these empty containers to the lab.
