To print the "Rad Source Usage History" report,

1. Login to EHSA at http://ehsa.gatech.edu/ehsa.
2. Click "Waste"
3. Click "Removal of Isotope from PI's Inventory"
4. Select "Disposed Inventory" from the "Inventory" drop-down menu
5. Single-click the row of the source for which you'd like to run the report
6. Select "Rad Source Usage History" from the "Ram Inventory Usage Reports" drop-down menu.
7. A PDF will be generated.
8. Save the PDF to the appropriate AU's folder under ORS Files/Isotope Receipt with the file name format "Radioactive Source Usage History, ORS issued source number.pdf"
